Mr. John A. Nixon has been serving MMBB since 2017. He is a partner in the law firm of Duane Morris, LLP and based in their Philadelphia Office. He practices in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation representing plan sponsors and senior executives.
Mr. Nixon earned his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. He is a member of the Second Baptist Church of Germantown (Philadelphia) and has served on its Trustee Board, Executive Council and as Chair of its Bylaws Committee. MMBB service began in 2017. He is currently a member of the Benefits Committee, of which he is vice chair, and the Personnel Committee.
