Chief Client Services Officer
Mr. Gerald K. Delk is the Chief Client Services Officer at MMBB Financial Services, where he leads member relations, client services, and engagement strategies across the organization. He has more than 25 years of leadership experience in financial services, with deep expertise in institutional and member retirement planning education, financial literacy, and university teaching. He has held senior leadership roles at the Church Pension Group, Vanguard, and General Electric.
Gerald has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Accounting and Finance at Rutgers University and serves as a board member and Treasurer of Mercer Street Friends, a Trenton, NJ based nonprofit focused on food access, education, and family support. He has also served as a Session Member and Treasurer of Witherspoon Street Presbyterian Church in Princeton, NJ.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and Personal Financial Specialist. Gerald holds an MBA from Clark Atlanta University and a Bachelor of Arts from LeMoyne-Owen College.
